How we protect your information
We keep a written information security plan as required by the FTC Safeguards Rule under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.
How long we keep information
We keep client records for at least three years after a return is filed, as the IRS requires, and longer when needed for business, legal, or tax resolution purposes. Records are then securely destroyed.
